We aim to make the cancellation process as simple and transparent as possible. This policy outlines how to cancel your LinkWall subscription and what happens after cancellation.
2. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription in several ways:
- Through your account settings page
- By contacting our support team
- Via email to alex@linkwall.com
3. Cancellation Timeline
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No additional charges will be made after cancellation
- You'll receive email confirmation of your cancellation
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
4. Effects of Cancellation
After cancellation:
- Your links will become inactive at the end of your billing period
- Analytics data will no longer be collected
- Custom domains will be unlinked
- Account settings and preferences will be preserved for 30 days
5. Data Retention
After cancellation, we retain your data for 30 days. During this period, you can reactivate your account with all your previous settings and data. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.
6. Reactivation
If you decide to return to LinkWall:
- You can reactivate within 30 days to restore all data
- After 30 days, you'll need to create a new account
- Previous usernames and custom domains may not be available
- New subscription rates may apply
7. Refunds
Cancellation does not automatically qualify you for a refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information about refund eligibility and process.
